An energy management event will explore state-of-the-art measures to reduce the amount of power companies use.
The Energy Management Exhibition (EMEX) will no doubt be of interest to Facilities Managers looking at increasing savings by cutting energy waste. The event takes place on 19-20 November 2014 at ExCeL.
As well as looking at measures to reduce energy through technology and training, EMEX will also address the latest regulations, grants and Energy Performance Contracts (EnPCs).
EnPCs are put into place to make sure that the measures put into place to save energy will save enough money to pay for themselves.
Experts will be on hand at the event to give advice about how organisations can become a Low Energy Company (LEC) through training.
Four seminars, which are CPD-accredited and free to attend, will focus on key issues such as LECs, EnPCs, property and green IT.
Lord Redesdale said the event was even more valuable given the expect increase in fuel prices.
