More than 40 firefighters had to be called in to battle a blaze at a factory unit in Dorset on Monday.
Dorset Fire and Rescue Service arrived at the Holton Health unit in Poole to find the majority of the roof burning.
The two fire crews requested further back up, which led to special appliances from Wareham, Westbourne and Bare Regis being scrambled to help.
An investigation is now being launched into the fire, which severely damaged around 40% of the building.
The remaining parts of the building suffered smoke and heat damage.
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, a ‘suitable and sufficient’ fire risk assessment needs to be carried out on commercial properties across England and Wales.
If it is deemed to be insufficient then the person responsible for the assessment can either face an unlimited fine or a prison sentence of up to two years.
